QicSend is targeted towards immigrants living in Canada who wish to transfer money back home to their loved ones.

The app is used by all strata of society. From businessmen, to government officials to housemaids. Therefore, we designed the app to be as simple as any in the market.

The choice of colours were from a mixture of their existing brand guidelines and our own research on the industry.

Quick & Seamless

The UX design of the app was defined in order to allow the users to add contacts to the app from their phone contact and start sending money to them. The app also allows users on the other end to request for money to be sent from the Canadian user.

Add once and send money forever

The sender always get to know the current currency rate so that they can send money accordingly. The sender needs to add the account details of the receiver once. From then on, the user can select a particular user and send money in less than 6 taps.


Walkthroughs

We decided to illustrate based on the UX copy to convey the message to the users in the most engaging and interesting way. Walkthroughs allow us to set the tone of the app and provide users an early window into the website’s features.
